Adam Byatt is regarded as one of the most talented and respected chefs in the UK today, his restaurant Trinity on everyone's lips. His mastery of the classics, coupled with playful inventiveness and the deep love shown for ingredients will be sure to see some memorable cooking over the weekend.

Adam’s ascendance through the restaurant world is illustrious, his early career at Claridge’s seeing him go on to become sous chef at the Square for Phil Howard. Chair of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and Michelin ‘Mentor Of The Year’ in 2025 (for his work with young talent), his energy and fine company are as well known as his food.

Guests will also have the fascinating company of Isabella Tree, author of ‘Wilding’ and the owner of Knepp in West Sussex, the trailblazing 3,500-acre rewilding project that has changed the way we think about nature and how we can heal our planet. A brilliantly riveting and engaging speaker, we feel as lucky to have her with us as we would hearing a skylark.

This long weekend will be bursting with activities both indoors and out. Guests will try their hand at pottery with respected ceramicist Tim Lake; learn sourdough baking with Coombeshead’s own Ben Glazer, known to be amongst the best in the UK; enjoy demos from the three chefs; delve into a cocktail masterclass with legendary bartender Nick Strangeway and stride out into the blustery beauty of Bodmin Moor.
